I have spent nearly 15 years working exclusively with problem skin. Every shade, tone, texture, and story. I am not a generalist. Acne, barrier damage, sensitivity, hyperpigmentation, premature aging — this is all I do, and I do it carefully. I have seen what works, what doesn’t, and why most routines fail the people who follow them perfectly.

We can meet by video, by phone, or in person — whatever feels right to you.

What Happens When We Talk

Most of our time together is yours.

I am going to listen. To your story. To what you have tried. To what helped and what made things worse. To how long this has been going on and how it has made you feel. That part is not a formality — it is the whole point. Your skin does not exist in a vacuum, and neither does the solution.

Before we meet, I will send a short intake form and ask for a few photos in natural light. I come to our session already knowing your history, so we spend our 30 minutes in real conversation — not starting from scratch.

You will be heard. Fully. And then we figure it out together.

What Happens After We Talk

This does not end when the call does.

Within 1–2 business days, you will receive a summary of everything we discussed — your notes, your next steps, your routine — sent directly to your email. No trying to remember what was said.

I will check in with you. By text or email, depending on what works best for you. If something needs to be adjusted as your skin responds, I will reach out. You do not have to wonder if you are doing it right.

And if a question comes up between check-ins — email me. I am here.

I may also ask you to put a follow-up date in your calendar so we can assess how things are going at the right moment, not just whenever it occurs to either of us.

This is not a one-time transaction. It is the beginning of actually solving it.

Whether you are new here or coming back after life got in the way — this is where we start fresh. The session fee applies in full toward your routine if you decide to move forward the same day.
